Collection of Easy and Quick Laddoo Recipes

Sharing a collection of 6 easy and delicious laddoo recipes-1) Badaam ke laddoo made from Almond Flour,  2) Chocolate,Dates and Nut laddoo which are sugar free, fat free, dairy free and grain free, 3) Coconut laddoo-the easiest of all with only 2 ingredients  4) Besan ke laddoo- My moms recipe. Tried and tested and made in the traditional way of browning the besan till aromatic and golden! and 5) Rajasthani Churma/Choorma Laddoo-No Fry Microwave Recipe. 6) Kova Kajjikaya-Easy recipe using frozen coconut and Instant Khoya. An Andhra speciality where coconut laddooos are wrapped in soft khoya/kova.  Most of them require any where from 3-5 ingredients and all are gluten free except for choorma laddoo.

I will keep adding more laddoo recipes to this collection as and when I publish new ones. This collection is a keeper for Ganesh Chaturthi as the traditional offering to ganpati is some form of laddoo.

Also sharing two ways to make Eco friendly and Bio degradable Ganpatis.
