Easy,10 minute recipe of choorma/churma laddoo made in a microwave. It's as easy as mix everything and microwave and delicious churma ladoo is ready! The traditional recipe is time consuming as it requires us to make a roti like dough, fry small pieces of the dough, cool and then powder them in a blender. The powdered churma is then mixed with sugar,nuts and ghee and formed into laddoos. Loose churma/choorma can be stored at room temperature for 10-15 days. Since we use milk to cool the mixture and shape like laddoos, laddoos should be store in the fridge. Microwave for 20-30 seconds before serving the laddoos. They will taste like freshly made laddoos. Microwaves vary-my microwave has a wattage of 1200 watts.If you have lower wattage microwave, you may have to cook longer and may be able to increase cooking times to 1 minute intervals towards the end.
