Heat ghee in a pan. Add Jeera/cumin and let it crackle.
Add Ginger,Green Chilies and stir for a few minutes. Add curry leaves.
Add kaju/cashews and fry for a few minutes.
Add diced potatoes and little salt. Stir and cover the pan and cook till potatoes are half cooked(on low to medium flame)
Add drained Moraiya and salt and stir fry for few minutes.
Add water. Boil and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Open cover and fluff with fork.
Enjoy with yogurt.
