On the other side of bread apply Mayo or butter
Place sandwich on hot grill/panini maker and cook till crisp and golden.
Notes
Applying butter on the outside, gives a nice golden color and makes it crisp. You can use any kind of hearty bread, I have tried it with Soudough, Multigrain, Ciabatta, Italian and Whole Wheat and they all taste great. If you are grilling/cooking on pan then cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce are not good options as they tend to get watery. if you are not grilling/cooking on pan the you can use Cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce.Add chutneys of choice. I also add a drizzle of Sriracha for flavor.
