Badaam ke Laddoo with Almond Flour

An easy 5 minutes recipe of Badaam laddoo using Almond flour. Only four ingredients and no sugar syrup to make this Badaam laddu recipe that literally requires just mixing the ingredients.

Equipment

  • 1 pan
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour you can finely grind any nut of your choice
  • 1 cup Full Fat Milk Powder I used Nido brand
  • 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 7 oz or 200 gms or 1/2 can Condensed Milk
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing optional

Instructions
 

  • In a pan,put butter and condensed milk and heat on medium, just till butter melts.
  • Add Almond flour and milk powder and mix till warmed up.
  • It comes together like soft dough
  • Shape the dough into laddoos and decorate with nuts

Notes

This can be made with any kind of nut flour. You can also grind any nuts and use them.Form laddoos while dough is still warm.Do not cook the dough, cook only till the mixture warms up.
