Mango Peach Salsa

A salty,spicy,tangy,sweet mix of flavors using fresh mangoes and peaches that goes perfectly with tortilla chips as well as a topping on tacos,grilled fish,salmon,chicken,Tofu or Paneer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large mango peeled and diced, about 1 cup(Mango should be firm)
  • 2 medium sized peaces peeled and diced,about 1 cup
  • 1/2 to 1 Habanero pepper or any pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro/Coriander/Dhaniya chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon/lime depending on size
  • Salt as per taste I used about 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients very gently. Refrigerate
  • Add salt just before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips,on tacos,as a relish on Grilled fish/chicken,Grilled Tofu or Paneer

Notes

Mix salt just before serving. Lasts for 2 days in refrigerator. Use any kind of peppers if Habaneros are not available.
