Vrat ke Paneer.Mirchi,Aloo ke Pakore

Vegetable fritters made in Singoda/water Chestnut flour-a gluten free treat white fasting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Singoda Atta/water chestnut flour
  • 1 potato
  • 10-12 pieces cubed paneer
  • 6-7 Green chilies slit
  • 1/2 cup water approx
  • 1 tsp ginger minced,
  • 1 tsp green chilies minced
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda optional
  • 2 tsp cilantro/dhania/coriander chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients,except potato,paneee,green chilies and oil for frying.
  • Mix the atta well to make it airy.
  • Heat oil, dip the vegetables one by one in batter and deep fry till golden and crisp.

Notes

Please don't use baking soda if you don't eat it during fasting. it is used to make the batter lighter and pakoras crisp,its completely optional. Its a great gluten free option!
