1cuppeanutsI had roasted, salted at home, so thats what I used
1/2tsplal mirch powder/Red Chili Powder
1/2tsppaprika
1/2tspBlack salt
1 to 1 1/2tspgheeoil or butter( I used ghee,vegans use oil)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and put in microwave for 1 minute
Stir and microwave for 1 more minute
Ready!
Notes
If you are using raw peanuts, you may have to do for a few more minutes, mix and check after every one minute.
Let it cool for a few minutes, it becomes crispy upon cooling.
You can use almonds and cashews as well.
