Masala peanuts in 2 minutes-Spicy peanuts in 2 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanuts I had roasted, salted at home, so thats what I used
  • 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder/Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp ghee oil or butter( I used ghee,vegans use oil)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and put in microwave for 1 minute
  • Stir and microwave for 1 more minute
  • Ready!

Notes

If you are using raw peanuts, you may have to do for a few more minutes, mix and check after every one minute.
Let it cool for a few minutes, it becomes crispy upon cooling.
You can use almonds and cashews as well.
