Blend everything in Blender using the Smoothie setting. If you like it really smooth, run it twice. specially since we keep the skin of the apple and almonds.
Mix in Flax seed(don't use if fasting)

I also like to use a whole Carrot and 1/4 spinach in my smoothie. I tastes just as good. If you are making it during your fast, you can skip these vegetables!
