Everything but the kitchen sink-smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 15 Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Whole Strawberries Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pineapple/Mango blend Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Grapes seedless, any variety
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash Apple and Grapes.
  • Peel Kiwi and Banana.
  • Blend everything in Blender using the Smoothie setting. If you like it really smooth, run it twice. specially since we keep the skin of the apple and almonds.
  • Mix in Flax seed(don't use if fasting)

Notes

I also like to use a whole Carrot and 1/4 spinach in my smoothie. I tastes just as good. If you are making it during your fast, you can skip these vegetables!
