Place Unsalted Butter in a crockpot and turn it on HIGH and leave it UNCOVERED.
You will know its ready when the foam/scum on top starts turning brown and the solids at the bottom start to brown too.
Crockpots vary, so see what works for you, for me for 64oz of butter, it took about 5 hours. Last 30 Minutes start paying attention.
After it cools completely, but is still in melted state, Use a sieve/cheesecloth to strain the Ghee into a jar.
