Choose ripe limes with thin skin and rub them gently with your palm on the counter to release the juices. Its important to just pulse the lime and water mixture. Since we are blending limes with skin, pith, seeds and all, we don't want to pulverize the limes. Instead just pulse, to get the tart flavor. I didn't add any sugar, I recommend adding more condensed milk, if you like it sweeter, it will make the lemonade more creamy and frothy. I did try the lemonade the next day and it had not turned bitter. I also liked the taste of the margarita salt on the rim, sweet, salty and tart, sort of like a margarita. You can blend the lime and condensed milk mixture and pour into a pitcher and add the ice to individual glasses before serving.
