Dessicated coconut and condensed milk combine to make a very easy Coconut Laddoo that's ready in under 10 minutes.
While roasting the coconut, be careful that the color of the coconut does not change. If the dough seems too loose, you may add more coconut, keep in mind though that it does set tight. If dough seems tight, add more condensed milk, adding a tablespoon at a time. You can add some food coloring just before shaping the laddoos into balls. Rolling the laddoos in coconut makes it look very appealing and attractive,though you can leave it as is if desired.
